Indian Bay Yacht Club is a new, private enclave of just three townhouses on beautiful Indian Bay. This gated complex has a private dock, pool and waterfront gazebo and grilling area.
The Indian Bay Yacht Club units are all spacious (1600 sq ft on two levels) newly constructed, and nicely furnished. The luxury interiors offer granite counters, ice makers, stainless steel applicances, and high-efficiency washers and dryers.
Each of the three townhouse buildings has only two units, so there are only six units total in the enttire complex. It is gated, private and very picturesque.
We enjoyed a peaceful stay. The house was beautiful. We enjoyed our meals overlooking Indian Bay. Great place to bring your boat and just hop on board for a day of fishing. If you do much cooking you may want to pack your own large skillet and a pot or two. There is one small fry pan and one each small and large pot. Everything else is very well stocked. Walking distance to the Ship and Shore store for anything that you may have forgotten to pack. Nancy was as always great and was actually on property and saved us when the can opener didn't work...she salvaged our frozen drink dilemma!
